Standard Form of a Quadratic Function:

A quadratic equation written as y equals a x squared plus b x plus c.

Vertex:

The vertex of a parabola is the maximum point or the minimum point of the curve.

Vertex Form of a Quadratic Function:

A quadratic equation written as y equals a times the quantity x minus h squared plus k or f of x equals a times the quantity x minus h squared plus k, where a does not equal zero.

Zeros:

The x-intercepts of the graph of a quadratic function.
